About the Owner
Robyn Eastin is a lifelong educator, entrepreneur, and food enthusiast raised on a farm in eastern Idaho. With over 26 years of experience teaching Family and Consumer Sciences, she is passionate about helping individuals and families build confidence in cooking, meal planning, and essential home skills. A graduate of Ricks College and Brigham Young University, Robyn has combined her love of food and teaching into several successful ventures, including Snoasis (a shaved ice business), SodaVine in Rexburg, and Soda CoCo in Island Park — all of which have since been sold as she and her husband now enjoy retirement. Robyn and her husband, Eric, who worked as a Plant Manager at Basic American Foods in Rexburg, cherish time with their family. Together they are devoted to their 9 children and spouses and 37 grandchildren. Eric enjoys fishing, hunting, pickleball, golfing, reading, and floating the Snake River in his fishing boat, while Robyn stays active with pickleball, golfing, horseback riding, water and snow skiing, boating, kayaking, traveling, and planning adventures together. They reside in Rexburg and especially treasure time spent at their cabins, where they host reunions and create lasting memories with friends and family. Robyn finds great joy in strengthening families through food, faith, and shared experiences, and she remains dedicated to inspiring others to live meaningful, joy-filled lives.
